Perbadanan Kota Buku (PKB) is a Government-Linked Company (GLC) under the Ministry of Education that has been organising the Kuala Lumpur Trade and Copyright Centre (KLTCC) in conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (KLIBF) since 2015 and has attracted many esteemed publishing professionals to the event. In 2023 the spirit of positioning enhanced experiences to market leaders and industry players to this very event, this event has been rebranded to a new name; Asian Rights Fair (ARF). Aligned with its objectives, the hub to quality contents from Asian. Representatives from seven countries, comprising Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam will be part of the ARF as the rights ambassadors.
